Our village house, overlooking the Ouvèze river, is within walking distance of the bakery, butcher, small shop, post office, and a café with a fantastic terrace. The house features many authentic details, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The living/dining room opens onto the balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings with a snack and a drink. Upstairs, there is a spacious double bedroom and a smaller single bedroom. With Mont Ventoux nearby, this area is perfect for cyclists and hikers. Bicycles can be safely stored in the cellar beneath the house. Mollans sur Ouvèze is located in the triangle of Buis les Baronnies, Vaison la Romaine, and Nyons, all known for their Provençal markets. The Ouvèze river offers a lovely spot to cool off and unwind.
